T’ai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. T’ai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements – connecting the mind and body.

Classes are held every Monday and Thursday, from 9:00-9:45 a.m. Classes are available all year with the exception of August and during certain Holiday periods.
The T’ai Chi semester enrollment fee is a suggested donation of $45 per session. There are four sessions per year. To register for T’ai Chi, or for more information please call the office: 703-281-0538

Classes will meet twice a week:
• Thursdays – in the Unitarian Universalist Church (2709 Hunter Mill Rd, Oakton VA 22124).
• Mondays – in the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (2589 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton VA 22181).
• During Spring and Summer – weather permitting, classes may be held outside at Nottoway Park in Vienna (9537 Courthouse Rd, Vienna VA 22181)
Note: during inclement weather, classes will follow the Fairfax County School System determination of cancellation or delay.
