The Shepherd’s Center of Northern Virginia sponsors special social events throughout the year.  We post the dates and information on upcoming events here as they are finalized.   Always check our event calendar for the most updated information.

 

  • December 3, 2025 – Ugly Sweater Holiday Volunteer Social – Join us for yummy bites at Vienna VA favorite, Bear Branch Tavern! Mix and mingle with existing SCNOVA volunteers and learn how your special skills can serve as an asset, serving older adults in your community. Wear your favorite holiday inspired “ugly sweater”. 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at Bear Branch Tavern – 133 Maple Ave. E, Vienna, VA 22180. This is a free event.   • December 9, 2025 -Holiday Tea & Sweets Celebration – We are back at lovely St. Marks Catholic Church (9970 Vale Rd, Vienna, VA 22181) for our annual Holiday Tea and Sweets Celebration. Come ring in the winter holidays with an assortment of holiday teas, yummy sweets and a merry concert by the Sweet Adelines of Vienna Falls Chorus! 12:00 to 2:00 pm, $20.00 for assorted treats and entertainment.   • December 15, 2025 – Holiday Bingo at Foster’s Grille Vienna – $10 for 10 games, yummy eats and fun prizes! Feel free to dress up in your favorite holiday gear. Thank you to Foster’s Grille for providing 20% of all refreshment proceeds to benefit the Shepherd’s Center of Northern Virginia. 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at Foster’s Grille – 138A Maple Ave. Vienna VA 22180 *Registration not required.
