T’ai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. T’ai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements – connecting the mind and body.
Instructor: Rob Gehring
Classes are held every Monday and Thursday, from 9:00-9:45 a.m., during the Fall 2022 AIL semester (Sep 30th – Nov 18th) and continuing thereafter to and through each subsequent AIL semester. Enrollment in each AIL semester entitles you to participate in T’ai Chi sessions during that semester and until the next semester begins. Classes are available all year with the exception of August and during certain Holiday periods. All participants must be fully vaccinated and wear a mask at in-person sessions inside.
Every participant must enroll in AIL for the semester. The semester enrollment fee is $55 which allows participation in any/all AIL classes during the semester including T’ai Chi. To register for AIL, or for more information on the program, go here.
