T’ai Chi (AIL Semester Series)

Home › Services › Adventures in Learning Semester Series › T’ai Chi (AIL Semester Series)

T’ai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. T’ai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements – connecting the mind and body.

Instructor: Rob Gehring

Classes are held every Monday and Thursday, from 9:00-9:45 a.m. Classes are available all year with the exception of August and during certain Holiday periods.

The T’ai Chi semester enrollment fee is a suggested donation of $45 per session. There are four sessions per year. To register for T’ai Chi, or for more information please call the office: 703-281-0538
